CrossReach seeks a Children’s Worker for our residential home in Port Glasgow. You will be part of everyday life, supporting young people to feel safe, valued and at home through activities, routines and meaningful relationships.
You’ll bring warmth, patience and humour, and you’ll be able to set clear boundaries while engaging with the young people in our care. A full UK driving licence is required, and PVG/SSSC checks apply. We offer a range of staff benefits and training.
