Wheatley Group is seeking a Procurement Category Specialist (Consultancy and Fleet) to lead the end-to-end procurement for consultancy and fleet categories. This role requires developing strategies, managing frameworks, and ensuring value-for-money across public sector processes.
The successful candidate will work in a flexible home-based pattern with occasional travel to corporate offices and sites in central Scotland as needed. MCIPS and a degree are highly desirable for this role.
