Citizens Advice is recruiting an Industry Codes Specialist within the Energy Networks and Systems team. You will be the subject matter expert on Industry Codes, supporting the department to deliver strategy and work programmes that benefit energy consumers across Great Britain.
You will engage with stakeholders such as Ofgem, NESO and energy companies, lead on external engagement, and contribute to policy research and evidence gathering to inform constructive change.
