Voyage Care is seeking a Therapy Lead for our ABI - Adult Brain Injury rehabilitation residential service in Dudley. You will translate therapy plans into practical rehabilitation pathways, linking therapists with services and enabling people we support to reach their full potential.
The role covers occupational, physical, behaviour, speech and language, music and drama therapies, with CPD development, training across therapy aspects, and a proactive, flexible, and positive approach to care.
