The West Brom is hiring a Customer Service Advisor at Smethwick Branch to cover a 12-month fixed term contract. You will work 35 hours per week, with a split shift from 09:00 to 14:00 on customer-facing duties and 14:00 to 17:00 for telephony, across Monday to Saturday mornings.
Salary is £24,923 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll be helping customers with accounts, products and services while remaining flexible, empathetic, and knowledgeable about all offerings.
