The Role
Role: Support Worker
Service: Redmond House – Residential
Location: Corby
Pay: £12.84ph up to £14.34ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements
Hours: Monday–Sunday, 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm
Driving: Full UK manual driving licence required to drive the minibus
Your Role
Redmond House supports up to 12 people in a purpose-built residential bungalow with en-suite bedrooms.
You’ll provide person-centred support to people with a range of needs, including:
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Epilepsy
- Cerebral Palsy
You’ll help people with their everyday routines, encourage independence and support them to enjoy meaningful activities and time in the community.
No two days will be exactly the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills while making a genuine difference to the people you support.

Redmond House has an established team, with some colleagues having been part of the service for many years.
You’ll also work closely with external health professionals, helping ensure the people we support receive the right care and support for their individual needs.
