YBS is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle HCM Cloud platform within the Data Platforms Technology Services team. Hybrid working with occasional travel to Bradford or Leeds offices.
You will design, develop and support Oracle HCM solutions, including HDL/HSDL, OTBI and integrations, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT. The role requires strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and a delivery-focused, security-minded approach.
