The role of the Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems.
- Focusing on social housing, local authorities and new build projects such as office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as getting involved with associated commercial projects.
- The majority of your time will be focusing on generating specifications via building services consultants, M&E consultants, specifiers and housing developers.
- The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling into M&E contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers and builders.
- Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts.
- Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project.
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products with:
- Ideally a technical manager or related technical background looking to step into field.
- Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities in sales.
- Must have HVAC product related experience for example: ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units.
- Ideally have contacts with M&E consultants, social housing specifiers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
- A team player who is highly organised.
