The Role: As a Regional Delivery Manager , you’ll lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex programmes that are critical to our mission: providing clean, safe water and protecting the environment for generations to come. What you’ll be doing: Define and drive the programme vision, goals, and roadmap Align delivery with organisational strategy and stakeholder priorities Establish robust governance and reporting frameworks Lead risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple projects Engage senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication Foster collaboration across project teams and business units Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance Ensure seamless transition of deliverables into business operations Champion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing programme team What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a confident, experienced leader who can bring clarity, structure, and energy to complex programmes. You’ll ideally have: Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value programmes. Professional qualification and membership of the Association for Project Management (APM) . A strong track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects. A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. What we offer: We believe in rewarding great work.
