We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Tester with hands-on experience in tools such as LoadRunner, Splunk, and Dynatrace to join our Performance team. The candidate will be responsible for refining, executing, and helping analyse performance tests to ensure that our application meets performance and scalability requirements. To thrive in this career, you\’ll need to be knowledgeable in performance testing strategies, technologies and tools including LoadRunner, SQL Query Store, Splunk and Dynatrace. You’ll also have a detailed and focused analytic mindset to help identify concerns throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll be a good communicator and will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver effective and helpful performance metrics and guidance to our development teams. You\’ll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities while choosing tasks to complete. • Build Processes. You will use your technical expertise and help your people excel in an Agile environment. You\’re proactive and hands-on. When you see a potential issue, you never leave things hanging and unfinished. • Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments. • Influence and inspire confidence. You are comfortable presenting to peers with a confident voice, communicating clearly on your work and deliverables. • Experience. You have 3 years of technical experience gained in performance engineering. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: • You\’ll have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent. • Strong proficiency with LoadRunner (including VuGen, Controller, and Analysis components). • You will be familiar with load and usage models to emulate real world usage scenarios to evaluate system performance characteristics and detect performance and scalability concerns. • You will have experience in running performance tests including supporting environment and data requirements. • You will have experience of working on large scale applications built with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, IIS, .Net Framework and Windows Server. • You will ideally have experience of working within large organizations and coordinating with shared service providers. • Experience analyzing logs and metrics to identify performance issues • Experience using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring YOU\’LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN: ● Have courageous team collaboration.
