About Your Team Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll manage Section Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors. Your team thrives on excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to safe, high-quality project delivery. Your Role As a Construction Manager, you will: Lead MEP installations for the assigned project area, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timelines. Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards, fostering a zero-defect, zero-LTI culture. Manage procurement and logistics, tracking material schedules to avoid disruptions. Oversee subcontractor performance, labour productivity, and safe working practices. Provide accurate reports to the Project Manager, highlighting progress, risks, and recovery plans. Collaborate on testing, commissioning, and warranty deliverables with Project Engineers. This is a full-time role, requiring travel between project sites and operating on a project-focused work schedule. What We’re Looking For Experience 7+ years in MEP construction, including 2–3 years in a senior UAE role. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors. Knowledge Expertise in HSE compliance, QA/QC, and productivity management. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards. Skills Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent). PMP or Lean/Agile certifications (preferred).
