Area to be covered: North London, Northern Home Counties & East Anglia

Remuneration: £45,000 + £2,500 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager Building Materials / Roofing will involve:

  • Area Sales Manager position selling a distributed range of rolled lead, hard metal roofing and ancillary products
  • Majority of your time will be spent selling to independent builders merchants, independent roofing merchants, roofing merchants, national merchants and buying groups
  • Remainder of your time will be spent stimulating demand / selling to contractors, roofers, roofing contractors and installers
  • Inheriting a well-established area currently turning over circa £20m

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Building Materials / Roofing with:

  • Must have sold to or worked for builders merchants
  • Open in terms of building products sold however roofing would be advantageous
  • Must be able to work on your own autonomy
  • Self-managed and self-motivated
  • IT Literate
