RESTRUCTURING SOLICITOR, 8+ PQE, MANCHESTER - An opportunity to develop your practice within a growing national team handling high-quality restructuring and insolvency work.
\ N A leading law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Restructuring Solicitor to join its expanding national practice
\ N This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to develop their practice, build client relationships and work alongside recognised specialists on complex domestic and international matters.
The Role
\ N Advise on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, predominantly non-contentious and transactional.
\ N Work closely with corporate, finance and real estate teams across the firm.
\ N Advise a diverse client base, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and insolvency practitioners.
\ N Handle high-value and complex domestic and international transactions.
\ N Develop client relationships and play an active role in growing the practice across Manchester and Leeds.
\ N Work alongside an established national team with strong partner support.
The Candidate
\ N You will be an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE and a strong technical background gained within a firm known for its quality of work.
\ N You will have:
\ N Experience of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.
\ N Strong drafting, analyticaland communication skills.
\ N The ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
\ N Experience managing transactions and supervising junior colleagues.
\ N A commercial approach, excellent client care skills and the ambition to help grow a practice.
