I am currently partneringwith a fast-growing property business, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property, who are looking to hire a Property Accountant. Working closely with the Directors and Property Managers, this is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making.

\n Your new role
\ N You will play a key role insupporting the Directors and Property Management team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Producing monthlyand quarterly management accounts and board reports
- Managing service chargeaccounts and annual reporting
- Overseeing daily processing of rent and service charge receipts
- Managing bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items
- Completing and submitting VAT calculations and returns
- Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports
- Liaising with operational teams and providing financial information and support

What you'll need to succeed
\ N You'll ideally be newly or recently ACA qualified from a Midtier practice, with strong accounts preparation experience. Experience working with clients in the property / real estate industry is a bonus.

\n What you'll get in return
\ N You'll receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000, alongside the opportunity to work within a supportive and growing business. This role offers regular exposure to senior management and the chance to develop your commercial and property accounting expertise.
