Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and processing supplier invoices received through various channels, ensuring accurate allocation and approval workflows.
- Recording and uploadingauthorised invoices onto the property management system for payment processing.
- Assisting with the preparation and reconciliation of service charge accounts.
- Supporting the management of tenant accounts, including monitoring outstanding balances and debt recovery administration.
- Retrieving and maintaining utility billing information from supplier portals and online platforms.
- Coordinating annual insurance renewals, arranging payments and raising tenant recharges where applicable.
- Overseeing vacant property business rates administration and liaising with specialist mitigation providers.
- Acting as a point of contact for utility suppliers, arranging account closures, transfers and new occupier registrations.
- Managing utility consumption records, including obtaining and submitting meter readings.
- Processing utility recharges to occupiers and arranging payment of landlord liabilities for vacant premises.
- Liaising directly with utility companies and appointed brokers to secure competitive energy and utility contracts.
- Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and in line with client requirements.
- Providing general support to Property Managers to assist with the day-to-day management of commercial real estate assets.
