Job Description Your new company \ N \n A busy and growing business is looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager/Bookkeeper to provide immediate, hands-on finance support during a period of change is a fast-paced environment with a supportive senior leadership team and wider group finance resource available. They need someone confident enough to come in, get to grips with the business quickly and take ownership of the day-to-day finance function. \ N \n Your new role \n \ N This is a varied and practical finance role where you will work closely with the Managing Director and wider team responsibilities will include: \ N \n Managing the day-to-day finance function using QuickBooks \ N Raising and managing customer invoices \ N Forward invoicing and ensuring revenue due is accurately reflected \ N Supplier payments and purchase ledger activity \ N Bank reconciliations \ N Weekly and monthly payroll processing \ N Payroll \n Maintaining accurate cashflow information and providing visibility over upcoming revenue \ N Liaising proactively with the MD around upcoming jobs, invoicing and cash requirements \ N Keeping on top of a busy workload and ensuring key finance tasks are completed accurately and on time \ N Working closely with the wider group finance team where additional support is required \ N \n Monthly managementaccounts can be supported elsewhere within the group, so the priority is someone who is happy to be hands-on with the transactional and operational finance. \ N \n What you'll need to succeed \ N \n You will need to be an experienced, confident finance professional who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision experience is preferred \ N \n This could suit an experienced Finance Manager, Company Accountant, Senior Bookkeeper or Management Accountant who enjoys being close to the day-to-day running of a business. \ N What you'll get in return \ N \n Salary equivalentof £35,000 - £45,000 \ N Immediate temporary/interim opportunity \ N Flexibility around working hours \ N Support from an established wider group finance function \ N Friendly office environment with onsite parking \ N The opportunity to makean immediate impact within a busy business \ N \n The role is currently expected to run through to January, while the business considers its longer-term senior finance structure.
