We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional Group Risk & Private Medical Insurance Adviser to join the team within an established Financial Advisory firm. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to clients on Group Risk products (Group Life, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness) and Private Medical Insurance and similar schemes (such as cash plans and dental schemes).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory services to both new and existing clients on Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance. This includes renewals, rebrokes, and technical queries, with full administrative support.
  • Manage relationships with existing corporate clients while building and maintaining strong partnerships with product providers.
  • Identify and engage potential new corporate clients, gathering sufficient information to assess and meet their needs.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to make suitable recommendations, working closely with the corporate services administrative team.

Skills & Knowledge

  • A relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and record-keeping requirements at EFS.
  • Awareness of FCA initiatives such as Consumer Duty.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and provider relationships.
