As a Field Account Manager, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximise Just Eat orders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximising the potential of existing Just Eat Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
- Educating Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their JET consumers.
- Playing an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimised for success.
- Prioritising order growth via activated restaurants as the measure of success and mentoring Restaurant Partners on the vital steps to achieve this in their business.
- Using internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify key opportunities for Restaurant Partner growth and find opportunities to drive personal efficiencies.
- Leveraging data and internal tools (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities and drive effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in a B2B sales or account management role.
- A keen interest in food and the world of restaurants.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
