\ N An exciting opportunity hasarisen for an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join the Birmingham office of a leading international law firm.
\ N The firm is looking to appoint a Partner with an established following and a strong reputation within the Birmingham market. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer looking for a platform where they can continue to develop their practice, grow their client base and benefit from the strength and reach of an international firm.
\ N The successful candidate will join a highly regarded commercial property team and will handle a broad range of high-quality work for a diverse client base, including major corporates, investors, developers, funds and institutions.
\ N The role will involve:
\ N Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
\ N Acting for investors, developers, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers.
\ N Handling acquisitions, disposals, development and investment work.
\ N Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
\ N Growing your existing practice and generating new business.
\ N Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider UK and international network.
\ N Playing an active role in the continued growth of the Birmingham commercial property practice.
