Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience or academic exposure to Business Improvement, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
  • Ability to influence and engage colleagues across multiple business functions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI desirable.

Desirable

  • Recognised project management qualifications including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience implementing CRM, ERP or operational systems.

Travel

  • Regular travel to Group companies and operational sites across the UK is expected, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
