Our client based in Spalding is looking for a Warehouse Operative – Loader to join their busy and dynamic team in Spalding. If you can get to our busy depot in Spalding (by car or on foot), you will be responsible for ensuring timely manual loading and unloading while working collaboratively across different operations departments.
The Spalding site is one of the largest in their Temperature Controlled Distribution network.
Experience necessary ! Full training will be given.
Role of a Warehouse Operative – Loader :
Loading and unloading the trailer
Operating and managing technical equipment.
Adhering to safety management standards.
Adhere to all work instructions and procedures
Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment
Pay rates:
Monday to Friday 6 am – 8 pm £12.71 p/h
Sunday to Saturday 6 am- 8 pm additional £1.07 p/h
Sunday to Saturday 8 pm – 6 am additional £1.70 p/h
Shifts
12 hours – 4on4off – 06:00 – 18:30
30 min unpaid break
