At Job & Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work with an important company in the Altrincham WA15 0AF area. THG is a leading global e-commerce technology group and brand owner, providing end-to-end e-commerce solutions for local and global brands. We\’re excited to announce that we\’re offering a performance bonus up to £150! Shift Patterns: Day Shift 07:00 – 19:00 (pay rate for the last hour of your shift is £13.71). Night Shift – 19:00 – 07:00 (pay rate for the last hour of your shift is £12.31). Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including 1 weekend day. Shifts:Option 1: Sunday to Tuesday and Sunday to Wednesday the following week. Option 2: Wednesday to Saturday and Thursday to Saturday the following week. Pay Rates Day Shift – 12.31p/h, with weekend pay rate of £13.51p/h. Night shift – £13.71 p/h. 60 minutes paid breaks – you will get paid for the full 12h at work. Overtime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 48 hours worked in one week. As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have: Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided. Communication and numeracy skills – good level of English is required. Good attention to details. Excellent Timekeeping and high performance. This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.Role of a Warehouse Operative: Picking and packing different range of products. Work will be assigned on different departments in the warehouse. Label, wrap and move pallets within the warehouse.
