At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Gatehouse Admin / SAP to work with Unipart JCB, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Thursday: 5:30 - 14:00
- Friday: 5:30 - 12:30
Pay Rates:
- Standard: £14.16 per hour
- Overtime: £21.24 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)
As a Gatehouse Admin / SAP you will need to have:
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Confidence with numbers
- SAP experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
Role of a Gatehouse Admin / SAP:
- Being the entry point to all drivers visiting the site
- Deal with drivers and deliveries to ensure smooth traffic flow
- Verify delivery paperwork, update schedules, and process driver debriefs
- Working closely with SAP system
- Admin duties such as but not limited to label errors / canceled orders / end of day reports
- Working alongside warehouse staff, pickers, forklift operators assisting in stock checks and investigating discrepancies
