We are looking for an On‑Site staff coordinator & translator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent clients based at Pilgrims, Anwick NG34 9SL. The shift rota is on a 2/2/3 rotating shift pattern working from 5:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Signing in agency workers at start of shift and deploying them to designated areas in the factory
- Updating attendance reports and timesheets and sending to customer
- Assisting with training staff on standard operating procedures in the factory
- Assisting agency staff with queries
- Providing basic first line management to staff whilst on shift
- Liaising with client managers to support in resolving any issues
Please note your time will be split between the factory and on site office with a large proportion of your time being spent in the factory.
A successful candidate will have:
- Must be able to speak either Romanian or Bulgarian fluently
- Experience working in a fast paced factory environment
- Be comfortable working in a chicken processing factory
- Able to build relationships & communicate effectively with client managers
- Experience completing basic admin tasks working on computer systems and sending reports
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive, problem‑solving approach to decision‑making
