At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Redruth. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality while following site procedures.

Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off and flexibility required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Own transport is required due to the site's location.
  • No formal qualifications are needed for this role.
  • Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
