Requirements:
- MS Excel & Outlook Experience
- Previous Warehouse Experience beneficial but not essential
Working hours are Mon-Fri, 0600-1400 and 1400-2200 rotating weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of stock to outbound loads, ensuring stock is allocated correctly and dealing with short dated stock.
- Ensuring all customer instructions have been adhered to and are entered onto the system for picking.
- Control of relevant delivery documentation.
- Point of first contact for Planning, Demand Management, and Inventory control as appropriate.
- Operating systems - SAP, GTS and TMS.
- Processing reports.
- Liaise with warehouse staff as appropriate in absence of Shift Manager.
- Monitor and advise on product in transit vs order allocation.
- Dealing with onsite FLT Drivers via radio contact.
- Raise STO's in the absence of Stock Control as appropriate to training.
- Stock Control functions within the role.
