At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves essential warehouse operations, including picking products of various sizes using specialized material handling equipment, stock management, and loading duties.
Shift patterns:
- Thursday and Friday: 06:00 to 18:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 06:00 to 14:00
Total of 37.5 hours per week.
Must-have requirements:
- Ability to work full-time, including every weekend.
- Own transport is mandatory due to the site location in Tickhill.
- Willingness and confidence to learn how to operate a forklift.
Desirable requirements:
- Previous experience operating material handling equipment such as powered pallet trucks, order pickers, reach trucks, or very narrow aisle trucks.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow site health and safety regulations, including clean-as-you-go policies.
Responsibilities:
- Complete general warehouse duties including picking products using high-level order pickers and other equipment.
- Perform stock reallocation and replenishment tasks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain a tidy workspace in accordance with site safety standards.
