At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with a leading logistics company in Southampton. You will support daily warehouse operations in Millbrook, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.
Shift patterns:
- Shifts rotate every 2 weeks: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
Pay rates:
- £13.65 hourly
Must-have requirements for Team Leader:
- Previous team leader experience
- Good general IT literacy with knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work full-time on site
