At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an On Site Coordinator to work with a leading food production company in Redruth. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our client's workforce and maintaining high standards of service.
Shift patterns
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 05:30, Finish time: 14:30
Pay rates
- 13.50 GBP hourly
Essential requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to decision-making
Desirable requirements
- Full training provided, must show potential to learn and progress
- General knowledge in Excel and Word is helpful
Role
- Manage worker bookings daily in line with client requirements
- Ensure worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
- Handle daily check-ins, manage absences, and conduct return-to-work interviews
- Oversee attendance, performance, and conduct disciplinary procedures
- Address colleague queries and ensure compliance in all areas
