  • Previous warehouse experience operating MHE safely
  • Good understanding of warehouse health & safety rules
  • Ability to complete pre-use truck checks and report defects
  • Confidence working at height where required, especially VNA/HLOP
  • Accuracy when picking, put-away, replenishing, and moving stock
  • Ability to follow site procedures, traffic routes, and loading rules
