Picker Packer - Gloucester
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Gloucester. This role is essential for the smooth operation of e-commerce order processing, requiring a dedicated individual who can handle manual tasks and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
Shift patterns:
- Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7.
- Current working hours are 12:00-20:00, with a future change to 14:00-22:00.
Pay rates:
* 13.45 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Picker Packer:
- Minimum of 3 months warehouse experience.
- Legally permitted to work 40 hours per week in the UK.
- Reliable transport to the site at 10 Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ, United Kingdom.
- Available to work Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
- Suitable level of English for workplace communication and reading instructions.
Desirable requirements for Picker Packer:
* Team player, self-motivated, quick learner, and willing to get involved.

- Picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling e-commerce orders.
- Handling and moving stock safely.
