Warehouse Operative – Shift Pattern :
- Monday to Thursday:08:00–17:00
- Friday:08:00–13:00
- 39 hours per week
- Overtime above 39 hours paid at£21.24 per hour
Warehouse Operative – Pay :
- £14.16 per hour
- £21.24 per hour overtimeafter 39 hours

Warehouse Operative – Requirements
To be successful as aWarehouse Operative, you will need:
- Avalid forklift/FLT certificate– essential
- Proven experience operating a forklift
- Experience working in a warehouse, yard or logistics environment
- A good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to carry out some manual handling
- Ability to work outdoors inall weather conditions
- Ability to work in a busy yard environment
- Ability to complete paperwork and check GRNs
- A reliable and hardworking approach
Warehouse Operative – Role Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Operating FLT/TLT and other material-handling equipment safely
- Moving products and materials to the correct storage locations
- Safely unloading incoming materials and products
- Working within the yard and getting off the truck when required
- Checking GRNs and completing relevant paperwork
- Recording offload information accurately for audit purposes
- Storing products in the correct locations
- Using a radio to communicate with team members and supervisors
- Following all site procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling when required
ThisWarehouse Operativerole is ideal for candidates with previous experience in warehousing, logistics, yard operations or FLT driving who are looking for aMonday-to-Friday day shift.
