FLT Driver / TLT Off-Loading Operator - Uttoxeter, Staffordshire - Earn up to £13.67
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for TLT Operator to work with Unipart JCB, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00 (+1h committed OT)
- Friday: 07:00 - 12:00
Pay Rates:
- Standard: £13.67 per hour
- Overtime: £20.50 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)
As a TLT Operator you will need to have:
- Previous experience operating TLT equipment (Counterbalance/Forklift/Teletruck)
- Valid forklift or TLT certificate/license
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a very fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills (using radios)
This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Role of a TLT Operator:
- Safely unload incoming materials and products in a timely manner
- Recording offload information / paperwork for audit delivery
- Store products in correct storage location
- Operate TLT and other handling equipment in line with health & safety protocols
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
