Responsibilities:
- Accurately and timely log the goods inwards and returns onto WMS, supplier, returns, trackers etc.
- Report faulty, short-dated stock and quarterly audit counts
- Report on internal and external KPIs, customer service queries etc.
- Communicate proactively through reporting on supplier issues via the process required
- Ensure all out of stocks and insufficient requirements are adhered to and actioned in a timely manner ongoing throughout every day.
- Other admin duties
