Order Picker - Pinchbeck
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Order Picker to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Pinchbeck. This role involves selecting and preparing products for customer orders in a busy warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily targets.
Shift patterns:
- 06:00 - 18:00 | Mon - Sun | Fixed
Pay rates:
- £14.74 hourly
Must-have requirements for Order Picker:
- Good physical fitness - standing, walking, lifting, and moving items for long hours.
- Attention to detail - picking the correct products and quantities.
- Basic English and numeracy skills - reading labels, orders, and using scanners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
