We are recruiting for a Food Production Operative to work with a leading food production company in Ruskington. As a Production Operative, you will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. You will work as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures to ensure smooth operational performance.

Shift patterns:

  • Working 5 out of 7 days on either AM, PM or Nights
