Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in tech-enabled operations, consulting, or project-based environments
- Strong analytical and operational capability with experience working with data sets
- Experience using BI and data tools such as SQL and Tableau
- Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify process improvements
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience supporting operational process design and workflow optimisation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across regions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Support global fine analysis and complaint metric reporting, including ad hoc analysis for local teams
- Support execution of Quarterly Compliance Audits across global markets
- Assist with compliance risk escalation workflows and Root Cause Analysis processes
- Identify and communicate data quality issues to Policy and Product teams
- Perform testing and validation of dashboard metrics using internal tools such as Tableau and SQL
- Support maintenance and enhancement of automated monitoring infrastructure
- Assist with permit fee tracking and financial forecasting processes
- Support fleet compliance strategies, including proactive alerts and curfew compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring, Product, and Engineering teams to improve and automate workflows
- Support documentation of market requirements and associated compliance risks
- Ensure records, reporting, and operational documentation remain accurate and up to date
