At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Screening Operative to work with a leading provider of inflight catering and retail services in West Drayton. This role is essential for maintaining the security and integrity of products destined for airline customers within a secure warehouse environment at Heathrow.
Shift patterns:
- Working any 5 days out of 7.
- Shifts are scheduled between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
- Flexibility to rotate between these shifts is required according to the rota.
Pay rates:
- 14.00 GBP hourly
Essential requirements for Screening Operative:
- Ability to pass a mandatory 5-year employment and background check.
- Successful completion of a DBS check and security body checks.
- Willingness to undergo AVSEC training and assessment.
- Must pass a mandatory eyesight test.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-security, chilled warehouse environment.
Desirable requirements for Screening Operative:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, aviation, retail, or distribution environment.
- Experience operating X-ray equipment or handling bonded goods.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards and stock control procedures.
