At Job & Talent, we are recruiting for Receptionist to work with our client, of the UK's leading mailing and fulfillment companies, located in Warrington area WA5 7ZD.

Shift :

• Monday - Friday 12:30 - 17:30

Pay Rates

• £12.71 Hourly

As a Receptionist you will need to have:

• Excellent command of English
• First class communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be confident when communicating with people
• Well organised and methodical
• Reliable, with a good work history
• Good PC skills, with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• This role requires a Right to Work without hours restrictions.

Role of a Receptionist:

• Answering the telephone to external and internal calls. xgikmsk Re-directing calls where necessary
• Receiving visitors to the Warrington site and processing security administration on arrival / departure
• Booking accommodation and rail travel for MBA employees
• Lunch bookings for meetings held at the site
• Meeting room bookings
• Any other related tasks
