Team Leader - Southampton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with a leading logistics company in Southampton. You will support daily warehouse operations in Millbrook, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.

* Shifts rotate every 2 weeks: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
Pay rates:
* £13.65 hourly
Must-have requirements for Team Leader:
* Previous team leader experience
* Good general IT literacy with knowledge of Excel and Outlook
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
* Proactive and hands-on approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work full-time on site
Desirable requirements for Team Leader:
* Ability to motivate others
* Strong teamwork and adaptability
* Effective problem-solving skills
Role for Team Leader:
* Lead and support warehouse teams to achieve daily targets
* Allocate tasks and monitor individual and team performance
* Support shipment processes and maintain high levels of stock accuracy
* Ensure all safety protocols and service levels are consistently met
