Our client based in Spalding is looking for pickers to join their growing team on the night shift, starting ASAP!
If you can get to our busy depot in Spalding (by car or on foot), you will be picking products primarily in a chilled environment. The Spalding site is one of the largest in their Temperature Controlled Distribution network.
Role of a picker:
- Picking various products with scanner
- Some manual picking
- Operating and managing technical equipment
- Adhering to safety management standards
- Adhere to all training, work instructions, and procedures
Experience required:
- Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment
Pay rates:
- Monday to Friday 6 am - 8 pm - £12.21ph
- Sunday to Saturday 8 pm - 6 am - (additional £1.70p/h)
- Saturday to Sunday 6 am - 8 pm - (additional £1.07p/h)
(for night shift hours + £1.70 p/h for weekends + £1.07 p/h)
Shift Patterns Available:
- Flexibility Required - No Fixed Shift Pattern, need to be flexible with working nights, including weekends.
Shift Time: 18:00 - 06:30
Duration: Ongoing
