Warehouse Runner - Gloucester
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Runner to work with a leading logistics company in Gloucester. This role is essential for maintaining a steady flow of work in a busy packing environment, ensuring the team is well-supported throughout the shift.
Shift patterns:
- Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7.
- Current working hours are 12:00-20:00, with a future shift change to 14:00-22:00.
Pay rates:
* 13.45 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Warehouse Runner:
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred.
- Able to stay active and mobile throughout the shift.
- Good awareness of the surrounding work area.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely.
- Comfortable moving parcels, trollies and packaging materials.
- Proactive approach to supporting the packing team.
- Able to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment.
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Runner:
- Previous experience in a runner or packing support role.
- Experience working around conveyors.
- Basic understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Flexible approach to tasks and shift requirements.

Role for Warehouse Runner:
- Maintain a steady flow of work throughout the shift.
