Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional work experience (ideally 1 year in an operations or management role)
- Previous experience leading teams or groups is preferred
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (including Google Sheets/Excel)
- Excellent time-management and communication skills
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills

Responsibilities
- Manage a Team Lead, providing the coaching and strategic oversight necessary to lead a high-performing team of Mechanics
- Collaborate with managers to establish and implement procedures, policies, and processes
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the warehouse
- Manage team scheduling and payroll for the warehouse team
- Coordinate the procurement process for equipment orders and office supplies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in sourcing and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to select equipment that aligns with the company's design and aesthetic standards
- Identify operational issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
- Support with day-to-day operational tasks and additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
