Case Pickers - Worksop At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Case Pickers to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active work and are looking to contribute to a high-performing warehouse team. Shift Patterns: * Monday to Friday, Fixed Day shift 06.00-14.00 * Monday to Friday, Fixed Afternoon shift 14.00-22.00 * Monday to Friday, Fixed Night shift 22.00-06.00 * 30 minutes unpaid break per day Pay Rates: * 13.20 GBP hourly Essential requirements for Case Pickers: * Comfortable using a manual pump truck * Physically fit and comfortable with a role involving extensive walking * Able to repeatedly lift and move cases and stock safely * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Available to work full time, minimum 40 hours per week * Commute travel distance within 40 minutes Desirable requirements for Case Pickers: * Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred * Experience with manual picking is advantageous * Good communication and teamwork skills Role for Case Pickers: * Manually pick stock from designated warehouse locations * Prepare orders accurately and efficiently * Use a manual pump truck to move picked stock around the warehouse * Maintain high standards of safety and productivity * Work towards set pick targets Benefits for Case Pickers: * Opportunity to work with a globally recognized logistics provider * Consistent full-time hours * Supportive team environment * Professional development in a warehouse setting Location: Worksop.
