Location: Stradbroke Office

Salary: £14.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start and finish times available, 8 hours per day)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract until end of September 2026

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with farmers and suppliers regarding feed and sundry deliveries
  • Coordinate with vets, field staff, and nutrition teams on feeding plans
  • Arrange feed recoveries and movements with hauliers
  • Create reports for internal teams and suppliers
  • Manage biosecurity database for feed mills
  • Plan feed collections and movements between farms
  • Respond to administrative and invoice queries
  • Ensure efficient ordering of feed and farm sundries
