At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Hatchery Chick Team Leader to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Newark-on-Trent. You will assist the Department Lead in the smooth, efficient, and economic daily operation of the hatchery Chick Dispatch, while maintaining and improving standards of hatcheries, chick quality, hygiene, and overall performance.
Shift patterns: 04:00 - 15:30 / 7pm to 7am., four days from six (rolling 6-week pattern)
Pay rates: £14.24 per hour / OT £21.36 (1 hour paid at OT daily)
Essential requirements for Hatchery Chick Team Leader:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
