Salary: £12.43 per hour (1400-2200) or £13.50 per hour (2200-0600).

Requirements:

- Ability to access and make corrective actions

Responsibilities:
- Removing oven racks from the oven when the programme is completed
- Checking all items are cooked correctly and meet the standards
- Checking the temperature out of the oven and recording on the CCP paperwork, then holding outside the blaster for 15 minutes to take off the main heat
- Placing the oven racks into the blast chillers and completing the necessary paperwork
- Placing empty oven racks back through the ovens into Low Risk Kitchens
