Join Our Team as an Oven Operator in Flint CH6 5EX.

Salary: £12.43 per hour (1400-2200) or £13.50 per hour (2200-0600).

Responsibilities:

  • Removing oven racks from the oven when the programme is completed
  • Checking all items are cooked correctly and meet the standards
  • Checking the temperature out of the oven and recording on the CCP paperwork, then holding outside the blaster for 15 minutes to take off the main heat
  • Placing the oven racks into the blast chillers and completing the necessary paperwork
  • Placing empty oven racks back through the ovens into Low Risk Kitchens
