Job&Talent is recruiting Customer Service Agents to join our client This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting one of the UK\’s leading delivery networks. You\’ll act as the vital link between Customer Service and Operations, helping to keep parcels moving and ensuring customers and merchants receive outstanding service.
Shifts: Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday
Hours: 10:00am-6:30pm
Pay: £12.50 p/h
Location : 4 Rosehall Road , Bellshill Industrial Estate , ML4 3NR
What You\’ll Do as a Customer Service Agent:
Manage and resolve escalated Customer Service and CEO queries
Work closely with Operations to track, locate and resolve parcel issues quickly
Provide daily depot status updates, including situation reports for merchants
and consumers
Support communications on flagged issues across APM, Store and 2Door
locations
Carry out parcel resolution tasks as required by the Depot Manager
As a Customer Service Agent you will require:
Previous experience in a Customer Service Agent role (contact centre, retail,
or logistics experience is a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
A proactive team player who can work with both CS and Operations teams
Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to great customer care
