At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stock Admin to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves managing order processing, system reconciliation, and operational coordination within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shift patterns:

  • Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
  • Working days may be adjusted at client request during peak periods.

Pay rates:

  • 14.13 GBP hourly.

Must-have requirements for Stock Admin:

  • Strong computer literacy with hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Solid understanding of logistics sector working environments.
  • Full-time availability and a commute time within 45 minutes.

Desirable requirements for Stock Admin:

  • Experience investigating inventory discrepancies, stock losses, or batch tracking issues.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with transport teams and clients.

  • Complete delivery bookings with clients and maintain accurate Excel workbooks.
  • Perform system reconciliation using SAP.
  • Assist on the warehouse floor for physical stock checks and investigations.
