Production Operative - Linton At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality. Shift patterns: * 4 days on out of 6 (Monday to Saturday), Sunday off Pay rates: * 14.15 GBP hourly Must-have requirements for Production Operative: * Own transport is required due to the site's location. * No formal qualifications are needed. * Ability to process and pack products, including mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products. * Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment. Desirable requirements for Production Operative: * Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment. * Team player with good communication skills.
